Look no further for your kitchen remodel. My experience was outstanding. I initially contacted this company for a quote on quartz countertops and provided measurements over the phone with Joe the owner. Joe immediately contacted me back pronto within 15 minutes. This is absolutely amazing customer service. Their pricing is very reasonable and fair especially with the high quality workmanship and products supplied. Joe should have been a designer too. He not only recommended a beautiful quartz countertop but complimented it with a stunning backsplash. Joe will take care of you I promise! They did come out and redo some of the painting. The owner and design expert both apologized for not following up. There was a slight snafu the second time because one of the drawers wasn't re-installed properly.  The owner fixed that expeditiously. We are much happier than we were.

My parents are very pleased with their service from beginning to end. They really pride themselves on their quality of work. They had a kitchen backsplash put in our kitchen and it turned out beautiful. If you are thinking of getting a backsplash for your kitchen, you have to check them out. I can't say enough positive things about Optimum Home Solutions. We recently hired them to renovate our home. They installed luxury vinyl throughout our whole home along with baseboards and trim, they painted all of our cabinets, redesigned our island and installed new kitchen countertops, backsplash and a new sink. They set a schedule with us and stuck to it, even when we made some last minute changes. Everyone that came to our house was kind and completely knowledgeable about what they were doing and they took pride in making sure the job was done right. Communication throughout the process was fantastic and I couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out. And on top of it all we felt that the price tag was more than fair. Very happy with our remodel!! It was a large project new floors in our great room and new kitchen cabinets, counter, backsplash and island along with the laundry room all right around the holidays! There were so many things going on but they managed it so well and scheduled it just right so it didn't impact our holidays. We are so happy we chose Optimum to do our kitchen backsplash. Joe is great to work with and very responsive to all our questions. I researched on Yelp and found this company to be super responsive and affordable. We went into the store and talked to Joe, who was down-to-earth and informative. He didn't try to upsell or act too fake or flattering like some of the salespeople at other companies do. We communicated mostly over email with Jeana, who was kind and responsive as well. The install went very smoothly and only took an hour or so. My only downside was that it took about a week longer than we were told to have it completed, and I had to reach out via email a few times to get updates instead of being updated. But Joe listened to my feedback and told me how the process works waiting for materials. I also sent them photos of some marks on the counter I thought I saw, and they sent someone out to clean and buff it and make it like new again. The paperwork and payment were all online so it was very easy to do. Overall a smooth process and good work done.
